Photo Tour - Red Rock Canyon and Fremont Street

Picture
I hired a 13 passenger van from Lucky Limo to take us for the photo tour.  The driver arrived early around 4 pm, our appointment was 4:15.  Our initial plan was to go to Nelson but decided that it was too far so when we told him that we were going to Red Rock instead, he called them to check when the gates will close.

I was waiting for my brother to get the minivan since my shoes and purse was in there.  I really needed the shoes to be able to walk around but our driver wanted us to leave as soon as possible since he wasn't sure how the traffic will be and as a result, my husband made me hurry and leave without my shoes.  It was a really bad decision but I had no choice.  My feet were hurting at the end of the day.  Looking back, I should have bought everyone in the bridal party flip-flops or Keds and assigned someone to have it with them.

So, since I didn't have the right shoes, we weren't able to walk around Red Rock and by the time we went to Fremont, everyone was tired so we didn't get to walk around there too much either.  I wanted to stop by Bellagio and also take pics with the Silver Slipper but we were just too tired.

I think we got to Red Rock around 5:30.  We took pictures at the first overlook, then the driver recommended we take pictures at the highest point of Red Rock since there was a tree there.  I'm glad he recommended that cuz the pictures we took there turned out great.  After Red Rock, we headed for the Las Vegas Sign and got there around 7 pm.  After the Las Vegas Sign, we went to Fremont Street.  At the end of our photo tour at Fremont Street, there was a group of guys that asked if they can take a picture of us.  They said they couldn't find an Elvis to pose with so they asked if they can pose with a bride.  We said ok but I wish they at least gave us a tip :-)
